Getting started with Scratch

Join us for a hands-on Introduction to Scratch, perfect if you're new, or just want a refresher before your next Code Club session.
You'll learn the basics of block-based programming and build fun, interactive projects using the Code Club projects, so you feel confident trying them out with your club. Join us and spark your creativity!
We'll also showcase our new Blocks Editor built on the open-source Scratch editor, with a chance to test it and share your feedback.

Whether you're an educator, librarian, or parent, we'd love for you to join in this online session where you’ll find out how to run Astro Pi Mission Zero in your Code Club sessions. The Astro Pi team will go through the challenge and help with anything that might stop your club from taking part.
