Code Club at the Big Bang Fair 2016!
We’re delighted to be part of this year’s Big Bang UK Young Scientists & Engineers Fair, the largest celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) for young people in the UK.
Held at the NEC, Birmingham 16-19 March 2016, The Big Bang Fair is an award-winning combination of exciting theatre shows, interactive workshops and exhibits, as well careers information from STEM professionals.
We’re exhibiting on the Friday and Saturday of the event. We’re especially excited as Saturday is the Family Day, so these days are a great opportunity for us to meet thousands of kids, teachers, parents and volunteers.
If you’re attending, you can find us in Hall 17 (see grid reference T1) on the map below. So come along try out some brilliant Code Club projects for your classroom, dabble with our new Micro:bit resources and hear all about Code Club and primary computer science.
So, whether you already run a Code Club, or if you are interested in getting one started at your school, swing by and have a chat! We can’t wait to meet you there!
